Bio:Freelance photographer who enabled the first actual site visit to Iraq by a Gold Star parent to honor their child and his fallen comrades on 6 Mar 2008. John Wroblewski and I were personally escorted to the site of the 4 Apr 2004 ambush by USMC Maj. Gen. J. Kelly, USMC 2-8 PSD Company, and elements of USMC 3-1. The March '08 trip was Greg's second embed in Iraq. John Wroblewski's memorial in Ramadi for his son, USMC 2nd Lt J.T. Wroblewski, of 2-4 Marines, aired on FOX News during the Britt Hume show on 26 May 2008. During my first embed with the US Army 3rd ID in Jan '07, I accompanied Martha Zoller as her photographer during her attempt to get John Wroblewski to Ramadi to honor his son and the eleven other men KIA that day. Unfortunately, we were unsuccessful, but I promised John that I would get him to Ramadi one day. Thanks to God, USMC Major General Kelly, USMC Msgt Ellerbrock, US Army Maj. Peters, and US Army Cpt. Signori at CPIC, we completed our mission.
