What to bring with you on deployment

I'd appreciate any deployed service members offering tips on what specific equipment or supplies you recommend to bring with them during a deployment. As well, what you would leave behind next time. Responses to editor@ameriforce.net that include a full name and e-mail will be compiled for an article in the 2010 Deployment Guide as well as online posting at www.ameriforce.net.
